The body is our living landscape—holding memory, emotion, sensation, and story.
Yet in modern life, its signals are often softened, bypassed, or ignored. Tension accumulates, experiences are stored, and we carry layers that no longer serve us.

While growth often begins in the mind, true transformation happens when we include the body.

About

Hello, I’m Raro. Originally from Lithuania, yet Copenhagen has been my home for the past 20 years.

I came into adulthood through kitchens, classrooms and foreign cities. Studied tourism and service, moved into event management, learned languages and travelled — a varied path, but running steadily beneath all of it was a deep curiosity about the body and how we live inside it. Yoga, movement and healing practices became my anchor along the way. That thread never left me, and eventually it became the work itself.

My work begins with a simple curiosity: how does the body hold experience — and what does it need to release, reorganize, and return to itself?

  • Rooted in over 30 years of dance and 16 years of yoga practice, my path moved gradually from movement and somatic awareness into therapeutic bodywork.
In 2024, I completed my training at Totum Body Therapy — an integrative approach drawing on Chinese medicine, zone therapy, Japanese Shiatsu, kinesiology, and sports massage. This, alongside my background in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Indigenous herbalism in the Shipibo tradition, shapes a way of working that is both grounded and intuitive.

  • Alongside bodywork, I have spent almost 10 years supporting people through integration processes — in retreat settings, therapeutic contexts, and one-on-one work.

Meaningful experiences — whether physical, emotional, or non-ordinary — can take time to be fully processed. Body therapy can be an amazing tool for taking your inner process beyond the mind and addressing the parts that belong with the body — a way to meet and move what lives in the tissue, the nervous system, the breath.

I approach this work with humility and care. It is a privilege to meet each person where they are.

  • Sessions take place at a beautiful clinic in the heart of København — located centrally, with a view of Peblingesø.. It is a calm, grounded space where safety and presence are central.

  • Inkankena can be understood as "one who carries Incan plant medicine." It is also associated with Marusa (or Marosa), a plant within Amazonian healing traditions.

In these traditions, certain plants — known as master plants — are approached not only for their physical properties, but for their role in supporting emotional and psychological healing. They are worked with through a structured practice called Sama or dieta: a period of simplicity, focused attention, and inner listening, often guided by experienced practitioners.

While these practices belong to specific cultural contexts, they have shaped my understanding of healing as a gradual, integrative process. Hands of Inkankena reflects this inspiration — a way of working that supports the body in processing, restoring balance, and integrating experience over time.

Totum Body Therapy

Therapeutic bodywork for trauma release Copenhagen

Holistic body therapy supporting physical release, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.

The work is adapted to your needs and may include deep or gentle pressure, pulsating massage, stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, breath work, and therapeutic conversation when relevant. We work with muscles, connective tissue, and the nervous system to release tension and restore balance.

By working with your body’s tissues, muscles, and nervous system, Totum therapy helps release stored tension, trauma or other impact. The treatment can be gentle or intense, depending on your needs, and is suitable for various conditions—whether you seek to relieve tension, address emotional or physical issues, or recover from injuries. It fosters a deeper connection between body and mind, promoting a sense of balance and lightness.

Integration Support

Psychedelic integration through somatic work Copenhagen

Body-centered integration support for non-ordinary and break-through experiences.

This offering is for people working with or integrating experiences from therapeutic or consciousness-altering processes, including work with substances such as MDMA, ketamine, psilocybin, or plant-based practices. Sessions focus on grounding, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and embodied integration of insights and experiences, helping anchor them safely into everyday life.

Integration sessions are intended to support the reflection and integration of past experiences. No substances are provided or used as part of this work.

  • Non-ordinary experiences can open doors to profound insight, emotional release, and deep shifts in perception. But the experience itself is only part of the journey — what happens after matters just as much.

These experiences can be difficult to share. Not everyone has people around them who truly understand, and it can feel isolating to carry something so significant alone. Integration sessions offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where your experience is met with curiosity and care, whether or not you have support elsewhere.

Somatic integration works through the body rather than around it. Through body awareness, breathwork, touch, and nervous system regulation, insights and emotions are given space to settle — not just understood intellectually, but truly felt and embodied.

Body therapy series for nervous system healing

For going deeper and supporting change

The 3-session course is designed for those who want to go beyond surface relief and begin working more deeply with patterns held in the body.

For deeper integration and longer-lasting results

The 5-session course offers space for profound and long-term work. It’s suited for those who feel ready to commit to a process of deeper healing, integration, and embodiment.

  • With more time, we can work gradually and thoroughly with long-held tension, trauma, or habitual patterns in the body. This extended course supports the nervous system in reorganizing, allowing changes to settle more fully and be carried into everyday life.

This option is ideal if you:

    • Live with chronic tension, pain, or stress

    • Want to work with trauma in a body-centered way

    • Seek long-lasting change rather than short-term relief

    • Value a slow, attentive, and respectful healing process

The work remains adaptable — sessions can be gentle or more intense depending on what your body is ready for — always guided by safety, presence, and responsiveness.

Sessions are best used within a 4 month period to support continuity and integration, while still allowing flexibility in pacing.

All work unfolds in a confidential space and is guided by consent, presence, and respect for your body’s pace.
