How to Prepare
No special preparation is needed. Come as you are.
A few simple things that support the experience: Arrive well hydrated, and avoid heavy meals two to three hours before your session. Beyond that, the most valuable thing you can bring is a little time — both before, to arrive without rushing, and especially after. It is highly recommended not to schedule demanding plans following a session. Give yourself space for slowness.
Many processes can open during a session, and continue unfolding in the hours and days that follow. You may feel more open, tender, or sensitive than usual. This is a natural and welcome part of the work — and it is worth protecting. Loud, highly social, or activating environments soon after a session can interrupt that gentle opening.
A note on comfort: Body therapy involves skin contact. Wear comfortable underwear, or whatever feels right for you (soft comfortable bra for ladies). Occasionally a small amount of body oil may be used — always with your consent first.
What you might notice afterwards: Release can take many forms — deeper sleep, emotional movement, a sense of energy shifting, new sensations arising in different parts of the body, thoughts or memories surfacing, feelings coming up unexpectedly, improved mood, or simply a lightness that wasn't there before. There is no right way to respond. Whatever arises, meet it gently.
